In-town busing will open
- to K-Gr. 6 students living more than 1km from school and Gr.7-12 students living more than 2km starting May 2, 2024
- to K-Gr. 6 students living less than 1km from school starting June 1, 2024
- to grades 7-12 students living less than 2km from school starting August 15, 2024

How to register or apply for busing
If your child is registered (or pre-registered) at a Pembina Hills school, you can fill out Transportation Forms and pay applicable fees online through your PowerSchool Parent Portal.
If you are new to Pembina Hills, your child’s New Student Registration Form must be approved before you can register for busing. You will receive an email confirmation when their registration has been approved. See our Student Registration page for details
- Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal Account.
- Families brand new to Pembina Hills will receive an email with login instructions to sign into their PowerSchool Parent Portal account.
- If you do not have access to your PowerSchool Parent Portal, please contact your child’s school office.
- Once logged in, click on Payments, Consent & Transp Forms in the left menu. This will open a new browser tab for the Student Quick Pay website.
- Select your child’s name from the top menu. All busing forms are listed by school year — please ensure you are selecting the correct school year.
- 2024-2025 Rural Student Transportation Form
- 2024-2025 In-Town Student Transportation Form
- 2024-2025 Alternate Site Request Form
- Requested School Transportation Form (5-01B) is not yet available.
- Complete the required information and select the blue Submit button.
Note: You must submit a form for each child requiring busing.
