Carter Greilach is a Grade 9 student at Neerlandia Public Christian School. He was nominated for the Citizenship Award by Teacher Trenton Wierenga.

Carter is known for his positive attitude, showing up to school with a smile on his face, even early in the morning. He is often the first to laugh and cheer people up! Carter demonstrates his respect for others by always including everyone and encouraging them.

Carter is also a great team player on the basketball team. Giving full effort in practice and listening to ensure he understands the coaches.  He brings his easy going attitude and humorous nature to practices and makes sure everyone is having fun while competing at their hardest.  Carter works towards his goals, putting in extra effort in his studies, and when necessary, he will seek extra help from his teachers. 

The school board is pleased to present Carter with the Citizenship Award for recognition of the positive contributions he makes in his school and community. Congratulations!
