Miles is described as a very patient individual. He is always willing to help others, whether its helping his classmates to be successful in spelling, math or even with computer issues. He is also known to be very kind and accepting of his peers, including them during recess activities, especially those who feel left out. 

Miles also takes responsibility for his learning.  He knows what he needs to do to be successful and quietly gets the supplies he needs to do the task in front of him and ensures he is ready to learn.

The school board is pleased to present Miles with the Citizenship Award in recognition of the positive contributions he makes in his school and community.
