Tanner Harrison is a Grade 5 student at Barrhead Elementary School.  Teacher Jaime Fisher submitted the Citizenship Award nomination.  She outlined how Tanner will help and support others. He never says no when asked to help someone and is always willing to help his teacher and classmates in any circumstance.  Tanner is the first to help clean up the classroom, organize bookshelves or game shelves.  Tanner consistently demonstrates responsibility by ensuring his assignments are completed on time and works hard to meets his goals in Grade 5.  He approaches all tasks with determination and persistence, putting forth his best efforts at school. Tanner has a great sense of humor that always makes others smile!

In recognition of making positive contributions to his school and community, the Board awards the Citizenship Award to Tanner!
