Terry Fox’s legacy continues to make an impact each year — including in Pembina Hills. Our students participate in various Terry Fox Run/Walk school events each September. This year, students and schools in Pembina Hills collectively raised nearly $14,000 for the Terry Fox Foundation.

Since Terry Fox set out on his cross-Canada Marathon of Hope run in 1980, his legacy, through the Terry Fox Fun, has raised more than $850 million for cancer research.
