Working alongside Pembina Hills Public Schools (PHPS) Administration, Sgt. Dodds has helped create safe, caring and welcoming environments. He gives young people the opportunity to understand the RCMP role as well as gives students the tools to avoid future involvement in crime. Sgt. Dodds is the epitome of a community partner in that over the years he has served, listened, responded, problem solved and contributed.
