Terry Kuyek has been a community volunteer at Swan Hills School for over five years. Every day, Terry arrives at the school before students, as well as most of the staff, to assist with the breakfast program. Afterwards, he stays to clean up and to help with any other aspects of the program that may need extra hands.  Students and staff are greeted with a smile and a joke when they stop to see Terry at the breakfast cart.

Terry is always available to help with almost any project. He helps set up and tear down for every school event (plays, concerts, etc.), and is always a cheerful face and a friendly voice during the run of performances.

Terry is a positive role model for students and staff, looking always at the positive points of any situation and working to problem solve when things get difficult. He is a wonderful volunteer and an exceptional citizen in his community.
