Who can nominate a student?
A student can be nominated by a staff member, community member, or another student.
How to submit a nomination
Complete the online nomination form. The Board will review nominations.
Note: A nomination does not automatically constitute an award being granted; therefore, nominees must not be notified of the nomination.

Students selected to receive a Citizenship Award will receive a congratulatory letter, with details of a formal presentation that will take place later in the year, at a school event (assembly, concert, etc.) where a trustee will present the student with a certificate and medallion.
Nomination Deadline: Nominations will be accepted during the school year until May 1st.
