Sahl is a grade 12 student at Vista Virtual School. He was nominated for a Citizenship Award by teacher Joy Trick. 

Sahl has demonstrated responsibility in his learning, responding promptly to communication from his teacher and taking the initiative to reach out with questions and concerns. His work ethic and drive to improve have been evident in his dedicated efforts to strengthen his understanding of his subjects and work towards his goal of improving his grade.

Sahl can be described as dependable and reliable as he consistently attends all scheduled online sessions or communicates in advance to reschedule when needed. His maturity shines through in the way he approaches his studies—seeking help when needed, following through on commitments, and staying on track with deadlines and expectations.

The school board is pleased to present Sahl with the Citizenship Award in recognition of the positive contributions he makes in his school and community.
