From the time she was in Grade 8, Shandelle was a dedicated and independent learner, always striving to achieve academic excellence while also working full-time in various roles within the agriculture industry. Her ability to balance both work and school is truly remarkable, as she worked at feedlots and operated farm machinery, all while maintaining a focus on her education. Shandelle’s determination to pursue a diploma in Agriculture Management is clear through her proactive approach to ensuring she’s taking the necessary courses for her future. She has even gone as far as contacting her teachers from out of province to stay informed about her progress and ensure she’s on track toward her goals.
