As we help families prepare for and welcome students to the 2025-2026 school year, we want to share all the information that is important for parents and students as they plan to return to school. If you are new to Pembina Hills, you can register your child through our online registration system. Visit our Student Registration page for instructions.
Online Registration, Enrollment Verification Form, Permission Forms, Fees and Payments
Our school division handles registrations, enrollment verification forms, permission forms, busing forms, fees and payments online through PowerSchool. If you do not already have a PowerSchool parent account, contact your child’s school office when it opens to have your child’s school create one.
Once logged in to PowerSchool:
- Fees, Payments & Forms can be accessed by selecting Payments, Consent & Transp Forms in the main menu on the left side of the screen.
- Registration Forms can be accessed by selecting New Registration & Enrollment Verification in the main menu on the left side of the screen.
The Annual Student Enrollment Verification form and the required permission forms for all returning students will be sent to parents the week before schools.

OPT-IN to SMS
- Get important messages about events, alerts, safety information and more delivered right to your phone!
- Opt-in to receiving text (SMS) messages by texting “Y” or “Yes” to 978338. You can opt out at any time.
Your cell phone number must be on your child’s file at school to receive messages. Contact the school to confirm.
Busing

Meet the Bus – events in August
Our Transportation Department is offering two Meet the Bus events for our newest passengers! Kindergarten students (and their parents) are welcome to check out the bus, learn the rules and go for a ride! No registration is needed.
