June 22nd, 2026

Behind every thriving school community are dedicated volunteers who generously give their time and talents, and Meghan is a shining example of that commitment. We are proud to recognize her as the recipient of the Exemplary Parent Volunteer Award for her outstanding contributions to Fort Assiniboine School.

Meghan consistently steps up wherever she is needed, often at a moment’s notice. She organized the Breakfast Club when previous volunteers were no longer able to continue, bringing together a new team and ensuring students continued to receive a welcoming and nutritious start to their day. Her professional kitchen experience and genuine care for children have made the program a tremendous success.

As Vice Chair of the School Council and President of the Parent Society, Meghan has played a vital role in strengthening the school community. She has helped lead fundraising initiatives for the outdoor classroom, organized bake sales and raffles, participated in casino fundraisers, and supported countless school events, including concessions during tournaments and the annual highway cleanup.

Known for her positive attitude and strong work ethic, Meghan approaches every task with enthusiasm and a smile. Whether volunteering, organizing events, or simply lending a helping hand, she is always focused on creating memorable experiences for students and supporting the success of the school.

Meghan’s dedication, leadership, and generosity have made a lasting impact on Fort Assiniboine School and the families it serves.

Congratulations Meghan!
