Citizenship Award Winner—Brynn Kirchner

Brynn Kirchner is a Grade 6 student at Dunstable School. She was nominated for the Citizenship Award by Principal Tammy Tkachuk .

Brynn has a positive attitude and comes to school each day with a smile on her face. As chairperson of the school’s Student Leadership Group, she plays an important role in promoting school spirit. She has a wonderful attitude towards learning and supporting her community. 

Brynn is a very patient and understanding young lady. She displays kindness to others and is an excellent role model for the younger students. When asked to help out with kindergarten students or in the Bear Houses, Brynn is always willing to lend a hand. She is a favorite buddy of all the younger children!

Brynn is dependable and can always be counted on to finish any job that she begins. When it comes to organizing things around the classroom or the school, if Brynn is put in charge, it will get done. She is also very dependable when it comes to her own school work. Tkachuk says “In this time of learning differently, because of COVID-19, I never have to worry about Brynn completing assignments and handing things in on time.”

The school board is pleased to present Brynn with the Citizenship Award for recognition of the positive contributions she makes in her school and community. Congratulations!
