Born and raised around Barrhead, Alberta, Nolan has deep roots in the Pembina Hills community and a lifelong appreciation for the people and experiences that shaped him. A proud alumnus of Barrhead Elementary and Barrhead Junior/Senior High School, he understands firsthand the importance of strong, supportive educational environments.

Nolan’s love of art, music, and theatre has been a driving force throughout his life, inspiring creativity, connection, and community involvement. Now, as he embarks on his new role as a trustee, he brings that same passion and energy to his role—focused on improving the education experience for both students and teachers.
