The Pembina Hills 2024-25 New Student Registration is now open. All K-12 and Early Learning registration/application forms are completed online.

Returning Students

Students who are currently enrolled do not need to complete a new registration for the new school year. Parents will receive the Annual Enrollment Verification Form in the fall.

Current Early Learning students who are moving into Kindergarten in the fall should have received a separate registration form on March 4.

Before you register

• Confirm which school is your Designated School.
  • Check out our Attendance Area Map
  • Or contact our Transportation office at 780-674-8509 or troffice@pembinahills.ca
• You will also need:
  • Proof of age such as a child’s birth certificate or immigration documentation (for newcomers)
  • Rural Gate Address (Rural Students)
  • Copies of any court orders affecting the student
  • These documents may be uploaded to the online registration form. (Accepted filetypes include PDF, JPG, PNG)

How to register

• Parents/guardians: If you are new to Pembina Hills and have no other children attending any of our schools, you will need to create a new parent account in SchoolEngage.

  New families – Create your SchoolEngage account

• Parents/guardians: If you have children currently attending a school in Pembina Hills, log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal.
  • Click on New Registration & Enrollment Verification in the left menu and a new window to the SchoolEngage website will open.

Existing families – Login to your PowerSchool Parent Portal

Once you are logged in to SchoolEngage:

• Click Add Student (left menu) and enter the First Name, Last Name and Birth Date
• Select Student Name from the list in the left menu under ‘Students’
• Click the green +New button of the 2024-25 New Student Registration Form (K-12) or 2024-25 Early Learning Application for Pre-K students.

As the 2023-24 New Student Registration Form is still open, please ensure you are selecting the correct form.

Do you need busing?

Transportation application forms for 2024-2025 are not yet available. Check back on our website or social media for when they do become available.
