Callum is a Grade 11 student at Vista Virtual School. He was nominated for a Citizenship Award by his teacher, Jamie McIldoon.

Callum’s dedication to his education, determination to succeed and dependability make him a deserving recipient of the Pembina Hills School Division Citizenship Award. His growth mindset and intrinsic drive for success has helped him tremendously in working towards his goals as he moves toward his grade 12 year.

His teachers describe him as kind, responsible, and possessing excellent time management skills. Callum’s approach to learning, which includes asking for help when needed, demonstrates his commitment to improving his abilities. Callum can be depended on to submit his work on time, or earlier, without reminders. 

The school board is pleased to present Callum with a Citizenship Award in recognition of the positive contributions he makes in his school and community.
