May 31st, 2021

Kate Wolff is a Grade 5 student at Pembina North Community School. She was nominated for the Citizenship Award by Teacher Vicki El-Halaby.

Kate is genuinely happy to be in school and has a positive attitude. She raises her hand regularly to participate in class discussions and actively listens to others. She cares about what others have to say and shows respect for their ideas and feelings. She also displays kindness to others, taking the time to talk with everyone and make sure they know they have been heard in an interested and respectful manner.

Kate includes both close and casual friends in her activities. She respects other people’s likes, dislikes and choices. School is also very important to Kate. She sets high goals for herself in all areas and works hard to meet them.

The school board is pleased to present Kate with the Citizenship Award for recognition of the positive contributions she makes in her school and community. Congratulations!
