Miles consistently exemplifies the qualities of a responsible and respectful citizen in our school division. He was nominated for a Citizenship Award by his École Barrhead Elementary School teacher, Alicia Bentz.
In Kindergarten, Miles reliably completes his routine tasks independently, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility. Miles approaches all of his endeavours with diligence and focus, showcasing his commitment to working hard and achieving his goals. He consistently displays great respect for both his teachers and his peers, establishing himself as a wonderful role model within the classroom. Furthermore, Miles is a dependable student who can always be counted on to work independently.
Described as one of the most polite and respectful students, Miles readily adheres to classroom routines and rules and naturally takes on a leadership role. Time and again, he proactively steps up to assist his friends and teachers and completes tasks independently, often exceeding expectations. Miles’s consistent demonstration of responsibility, respect, dedication, and dependability makes him an exceptional candidate for this Citizenship Award.
