May 1st is Bus Driver Appreciation Day and we’re inviting students across the division to participate in a coloring contest. We have 4 different pictures available and students of all ages are welcome to participate. Students who ride the bus may share a special message for their bus driver. Students who do not ride the bus can also participate using the generic coloring pages.
It’s a great way to show our bus drivers how much we appreciate them.
Deadline
The deadline is Friday, April 22nd. Please send your completed pictures to the PHSD Transportation Office — Attn: Shantelle Haitel – Coloring Contest. Pictures can also be shared by email to shantelle.haitel@pembinahills.ca.
We will display all the pictures at our Bus Driver Appreciation event on May 1st and then specific artwork will be given to the bus drivers to keep. We will also create a slide show presentation of all entries to post on social media for all to admire. All participating students will be entered into a draw, so we ask that students include their name, grade and school on their artwork.
