Margaret has been with Pembina Hills Public Schools for three and a half years, starting out as a Program Assistant at Barrhead Elementary School and is now a Success Coach. In this role, she has provided support to many program assistants and students. Margaret takes the time to carefully observe the students she works with and does extensive research to meet their individual needs. She has also been instrumental in the implementation of our new SIVA Proactive Safety Management Evaluation tool. Margaret is an excellent team player and shows professionalism and enthusiasm for the work she does. Margaret is truly deserving of this Exemplary Support Services award!
