Nicole has been Educational Assistant with Early Learning Services for over 4 years and has worked in both the C-PREP and W-PREP classrooms.

Nicole is a very kind and caring person who definitely goes the extra mile for anyone who crosses her path. She has donated clothing, made extra food/ baking and given to children/ families in our program as well as to children already attending Westlock Elementary School. 

Nicole is always very positive, professional and kind in her interactions with both students and staff. She has a genuine interest in the children and they feel a connection with her as she takes time to build relationships with everyone. 

Nicole has taken on a leadership role in both yoga and smart board activities. She is always searching for new ideas to share with the children (often on her own time at home). 

Nicole is a team player and is loved by all!! She is very soft-spoken, has a very kind and gentle nature and yet is very confident when she is interacting with students in the classroom and the classroom team.

She is always willing to do whatever is asked of her and always does things with a smile. She is hard-working, punctual, and can always be relied upon. Nicole is an amazing asset to the Early Learning team and more than deserving of this exemplary award!
