Shelly Guelly has been with Pembina Hills Public Schools for over 10 years as a Program Assistant. Three years ago, Shelly implemented the Fast ForWord program at Westlock Elementary School. She does a superb job of coaching and motivating the students. Shelly has even used her own funds to purchase the headphones that the students use. Her contributions from being available outside school hours and a consistent motivator have been a significant factor in the success that students achieved in the Fast ForWord program.
